Twisted Livin’ Band is a Blues Power Trio from South Jersey formed in August 2022. Playing covers and original music, this band is capable of turning a quiet bar into a blues club during their set. Mixing the old with the new, Twisted Livin’ Band hopes to bring together generations through the feeling of their music.Twisted Livin Band isn't just performing; they are crafting an experience that lingers long after the last note is played.

3-22-2025 “This was another over the top musical experience at the Lizzie Rose Music Room. On this evening, we hosted two great bands that rocked the house right from jump street. This night's reviews will be split into two separate ones. @Twisted Livin', a rising local band opened the festivities with their brand of rock /boogie blues that consisted of their original jams combined with a few blues covers. This is a band that is going to cause some serious waves on the New Jersey music scene and well beyond it. This power trio led by Denny Shiffler on guitar and vocals, Will Keiter on bass and Robert Irwin on drums. Shiffler's guitar style definitely hints of Stevie Ray Vaughn but it in no way copies it and his vocal are strong and direct. The rhythm section drives this band with steady grooves that always keep you interested. We were happy to host this band for their Lizzie Rose debut and let it be known Twisted Livin' will be returning in August 2025 so keep checking our website for the date. “ - Lizzie Rose Music Room

8-7-2025 The Lizzie Rose Music Room captured lightning in a bottle last night when Twisted Living had the stage all to themselves. This blues power trio fronted by Denny Shiffler on guitar and vocals and the rhythm section of Will Keiter on bass and Robert Irwin on drums proceeded to burn the house down right from jump street. They laid down some searing covers of Stevie Ray Vaughn and Freddie King along with a healthy selection of new jams from their forthcoming album and a few old, reworked chestnuts written by Shiffler. This is a band that leaves it all on stage and does not take prisoners. Shiffler's sizzling guitar riffs are ear candy for anyone who enjoys good rock blues delivered with fire and without being a cliche. The rhythm section rumbles along with a drummer who knows how to stay in the pocket while delivering great fills and highlights and a bass player who knows how to run up and down the fretboard while keeping it funky. Twisted Livin' is constantly playing live which is the best way to create a harmony of sound and to constantly enhance their ability to engage their audience. This was a very special evening with a band that is on the cusp of breaking out in a big way. They will be returning to the Lizzie Rose with a date to be finalized so keep checking our webpage. LM
